Kerri Castrogiavanni- Certified Yoga Instructor
Kerri started taking hot yoga classes back in 2010 and was hooked right away. She tended to her own practice for several years and loved the peace and strength she gained with each class. Kerri decided to get her yoga teacher certification in 2018. As an elementary teacher for the past 18 years, helping children learn and grow comes naturally to Kerri and she wants to do the same for her yoga students. There have been both yoga instructors and students that truly have inspired Kerri to challenge herself which has changed her practice for the better…mind, body and soul. Kerri has realized that so much of what we practice in the yoga studio can help in everyday life situations. She feels that connecting the mind and the body with the breath is not only helpful in deepening our yoga practice, but it is vital to help people handle the stress of the lifestyle we all live today. Kerri is so thankful to have been on this yoga journey so far, but she is even more excited for what’s to come. She looks forward to continuing to deepen her own practice, adding to her certifications as an instructor, and her favorite…meeting more inspiring people along the way.
